Expected Behavior
The installation was successful
Actual Behavior
An error message is reported when installing Windows Subsystem for Linux
Error message when installing using the admin command prompt: Catastrophic failure
When installed using an msi file (file source: Release 2.1.5 · microsoft/WSL · GitHub) error message indicating that the msix package cannot be installed does not support the request

Version 24H2 (OS Build 26100.1)
Task Manager shows that CPU virtualization is enabled
System Language: Chinese (English)
The system locale is set to the United States
Attempted:
Restart Windows Update and reset the folder SoftwareDistribution
Delete the cache and retry the installation
Re-enable the Disabling Windows Subsystem for Linux feature
