Make Path doesn't support non-exe files

Some environments, such as Emscripten ( https://emscripten.org/docs/compiling/Building-Projects.html ) use a custom make command that is not an exe (in Emscripten's case, it's a batch file that runs a python script). However, setting the Make Path to their batch script does not work, as the extension seems to automatically append .exe to the end of any command.
