[Bug]: Missing localisation - NCOpsGenericErrorDialog and NCOpsHaltReasonDialog

Expected Result

The UI is localised and can change the text depending on the user language.

Actual Result

Ops dialogs not localised: NCOpsGenericErrorDialog and NCOpsHaltReasonDialog.
There's no localisation of XIB files of these dialogs, so "Path", "Error", "Apply to all" and "Close" is fixed regardless of a language.

Steps to reproduce

• Run NC with a non-English language
• Go to /bin
• Select all items
• Press Cmd+Backspace
• Observe the non-localised English text
