Version of Nimble Commander

v1.6, macOS14

Distribution Type

Downloaded directly from the website

Expected Result

The in-place editor shouldn’t allow the majority of hotkeys to be processed.

Actual Result

Hotkeys unrelated to text editing are still processed, which can end up in a confusion and in a weird UI state.

Steps to reproduce

e.g.:

  • Go to any file on a Left panel
  • Hit Ctrl+F6
  • Hit Shift+Cmd+Right
  • Observe that both left and right panels have focus simultaneously
