Hi, I don't maintain this project any more since I moved away from Apple so it won't happen. The best you can do is to compile it for yourself on your machine.

I just checked on Apple Macbook M2 again, and it completely works/changes the setting with one click. What seems to be the issue for you?

https://github.com/Gaulomatic/AirPodsSanity is an alternative app that is Apple silicon native. One more down on the quest to run my Mac without Rosetta!
