ability to sort by population frequency

It would be great as we collate these data if we could add the ability to sort the results by population frequency of disease.

other frequency filters could include
Phenotype frequency within all diseases
Variant frequency in population

Do we have the Orphanet prevalence data yet? That is extremely useful and we should feature it somewhere in our offerings!
