plans for dbxrefs between OMIM and OMIA?

Are there any plans for adding dbxrefs between related OMIM and OMIA entries?

For example, the OMIA website for OMIA001271 lists four 'Possible human homologues (MIM numbers)' (see screenshot below). It would be great if these were added as dbxrefs to MONDO.

In the longer term, there should also be links between the related MONDO diseases in humans and other animals (i.e. MONDO_1012663 should be linked to MONDO_0100462). I understand equivalence is not always clear in those cases, but some form of 'related_condition' expression should still be possible.

What are your thoughts/plans on this?
