Hello, I am getting "error getting work items" on accessing the timetracker (example.com/apps/timetracker/)
Are there troubleshooting steps can I use to try and solve? I do not see anything in the (NGINX) error log.

There is a console error:
example.com/apps/timetracker/ajax/work-intervals?from=1680559200&to=1683151199&tzoffset=-120
(Internal Server Error)

Follow up: a day later, after reboot, the problem is gone. Getting occasional 'error' message.

This error occurs if you leave the page open and don't access it for a longer time. Reloadling the page fixes the error.
