What's the best way to read all the messages in a jetstream topic?

Using Consume / Messages() methods is hanging forever at the end of the last message. Perhaps pull based methods like FetchNoWait is the right way to do it. But how do I know that its the end of topic and I need to terminate?

You can check the Metadata() on Msg, which contains
