REQ: option Apps to "Exclude/Prevent group" or users /+/ admin page for Permissions/limitations

as apps can be limited to groups, and it can be a long process when a new app or a new group are added

a new option to exclude/prevent group or user from app access

also this task could be easier in an admin table showing apps and groups (ordered abscissa or the other way around)
in a glance the admin could see everything

thanks for your concern on this subject (we use many groups ^^)
