Feature request: Set maximum upload/download speed per Client

would be amazing if "set maximum upload/download speed per client" also avalible.
I think it's is a important stuff.

Hi,

I have my own wg admin panel with the same features, I found the repository only today lol

I tried tc and it limited the whole wg0 (in my case) not a chosen peer (by ip, e.g. 10.0.0.2) Maybe my configuration is wrong, but I tried a lot of times 😭

Does anyone face the same issue? Thanks
