Currently there's nothing ensuring that the state of a turnout in the application is consistent with either the command station nor with the actual real hardware.

My idea currently: After power is enabled for the first time, iterate trough all defined turnouts and turn them on and off.
Some thought about timing is required though, I don't want to contribute to the inrush current and switching all turnouts at once is probably never a good idea.
