Could use version number to detect index format change. #2

The library could store a meta record in the database that tracks the version of the index format. Whenever the compiled version number differs from the value stored in the database, the library would know that the indices must be rebuilt.

Probably should store a record in each index column family, since some may have been built before the version changed, and some after.
