Add test

I want to add automatic tests (maybe in actions maybe just local) that allow me to ensure reading or interacting with the collection works in the sea ice examples. This is related to assuring what we release does not break any of the code in these notebooks: https://github.com/nsidc/seaice-cdr-learning-notebook
