Install NGT Tools into template or at least mount ISO

Add possibility to install NGT tools or at least Insert NGT ISO into an available CD-ROM for a VM.

There is v4 API to insert NGT ISO. It would be nice to add new vm_disks type . For example image_type NGT_ISO_IMAGE

I mean at the moment you have to download the ngt tools from nutanix support portal. Prepare the deb/win/rpm ISO, upload it to prismCentral and then you can attach it and use:
