Handling of code releases on ufs-coastal repo

Currently the visible releases & tags seem to be quite old versions of ufs weather model.

Is there a way to separate the releases that show up on this code base from the ufs-wm? Perhaps this is best handled by shifting the landing page to ufs-coastal-app, but worth a discussion
