Export classification

Hi,

If I use the open telemetry cpp lib in my project. What sort of export classification will my project then fall under?
Since the opentelemetry-cpp license is apache, I'm not sure what sort of classification the software gets.
I checked https://apache.org/licenses/exports/, but that page simply lists actual apache products.
When googling export control for open source projects, I find this page:

But that still doesn't give me an absolute answer. So I'm hoping someone here has an official answer, maybe an ECCN or something.
