Dynamic replica inputs configuration

Problem: As of now, the type of replica (= input behavior) as to be flashed in the mosfet

Hint : This was done in order to optimize the size of the uploaded source code.

ideas

This should simply be stored in the configuration as with the other configurations. I don't think that the code will be too big to upload (it should not be the main cause at least)
