Install fail?

After installing m5verifier onto m5 I get the Opendime tm. Verifier
But there is not prompt to insert opendime as in your picture. Also when I insert an opendime it doesn't light up or get read.

I have the base module and the usb module.

There are a few different models of the base. Mostly obvious by their colour. "Red" has more features inside... I have only "grey" ones here.

Also, any output on the serial port when it runs?

Its grey. USB is dark grey.

How do I check serial port?

Click "Serial Monitor" in top right of Arduino window. Might print something when it crashes.
