Brands Questions Only Matches all Lowercase Proposed Values

You need to put all lowercase in the "Proposed Values" for "brand" question type of Questions. Otherwise, you will get no questions. This is contrary to the example.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Questions.
2. Select "brand" question type.
3. Put "Fanta".

Expected behavior

Questions for potential Fanta products are shown.

Actual behavior

"No questions remaining"
