即让提供者内部同时维护多个命名空间，用户注册容器的时候可以指定要注册到哪个命名空间。当使用的时候，可以为容器提供者指定一个默认命名空间，则获取容器时将会从该默认的命名空间获取。

这个容器可以用于完成基于 Locals 国际化配置。
