Add a link to share a décision (a link to outil.openjustice.be) in the header : https://doc.openjustice.lltl.be/html/ECLI:BE:RSCE:2000:ARR.91931.OJ

Along with a link "about us" and "support us"

This can be done by updating the html template : https://github.com/openjusticebe/data_api/blob/master/templates/share.html

Just made a push with proposal for correction. Please note that "support" has no deeplink on the site so I can't link to it directly. Creation of deeplink will be suggested On Trello of the team then changed here.
