Bug in builds of some packeges

Right now tested on XFCE and Cinnamon GIMP's color picker fails and is greyed out wrong

IDK if this issue occurs the last few versions or not but dose with 21.2. And blender's usually had a few plugins out right refuse to be enabled and will give various errors and that's been the case the last 7 or more years (however long I've been using mint I've lost track of how many years). And these issues don't happen when using builds from gimps/blenders own download off their site. I think GIMP can be solved faster then blender (never been just one plugin or feature failing).
