How to modify the script to use a third-party ARM cross-compilation toolchain for OTBR?

Now we used arm chips to run openthread, no running in Raspberry Pi,we want to know how to modify the setup script or other script?

When building for Raspberry Pi environment, one method is using ryankurte/docker-rpi-emu. We use this method in our CI:

we are not compiling OTBR on Raspberry Pi. We are using a third-party compilation tool. Can we refer to the above link to configure the environment and modify the compiler toolchain?

thanks，May I ask if there are any requirements for the Linux kernel version when compiling OTBR? When we use the cross-compilation toolchain with a 4.9 version kernel for compilation, it prompts that the symbol NLM_F_ACK_TLVS in linux/netlink.h is not found.
