Failed to ping thread devices from Mac connected to Wifi

Hi,

I am unable to ping the thread devices(OTBR connected to eth0) from my machine(Mac connected to wifi).I am able to ping between thread devices.

I followed one of the previous discussions in this forum. In some aspects that discussion helped me understand few things but I didn't completely follow how he solved the issue wrt OTBR_FORWARD_INGRESS.

Can someone tell me to understand on Chain OTBR_FORWARD_INGRESS connected to the issue?

When I tried to ping thread device from my Mac, I see as below.
