Cookiebar cannot be deactivated in the FE

Dear Oveleon team,

I noticed that you cannot deactivate the cookiebar in the frontend, although the page in question has been excluded in the settings and the "Deactivate tracking in the logged -in condition" is activated.

@grashalm4u The deactivation is not the cookiebar itself but it actually deactivates the blocking overlay.
This setting is used to make sure, that visitors don't have to accept any cookies to read the privacy policy for example.

Did you think that it would be completely disabled?

Gonna close this as there hasn't been a reply in a week and this is supposedly not even a bug.

Feel free to reopen if you can confirm that the blocking overlay does show despite that option.
