Minor typos in README.md

Hey @parkermac! I see a few improvements I could make to the LO readme.

Would you like a pull request with a few edits?

For context, I'm trying to understand (and enhance?) Live Ocean a bit more deeply because parts of the Puget Sound Ecosystem Monitoring Program, like the Marine Mammal Work Group I chair, may soon be poised to integrate observations from higher trophic levels with the amazing oceanographic context and forecasts you're providing.
