Hi Patil!

Awesome work - just opened up the test colab and reconstructing the squirrel appears to end a bit strange. Do you know if something has changed in the weights?

With the latest flax version the weights have changed.
You may need to replace the model from the colab with dalle-mini/vqgan_imagenet_f16_16384. cc @patil-suraj
