extension has sometime option.

is it possible to support answer yes to question pecl could ask or allow argument like --enable-http2 in case of swoole extension

Can you have a try to use yes instead of pirnt "\n" in line 105 https://github.com/phwoolcon/ci-pecl-cacher/blob/master/bin/ci-pecl-install#L105 ?
