Where on docs.platform.sh should be changed?

https://docs.platform.sh/add-services/postgresql.html
https://docs.upsun.com/add-services/postgresql.html

What exactly should be updated?

A section/table needs to be added to let users know that they can now set locale-related vars (default_charset, default_collation, default_ctype) for postgresql. A table like this one on this page could be added to show that default_charset, default_collation, default_ctype can be used.
