Add option to allow to export GL profile in CGMES export

Describe the current behavior

During CGMES export it is not possible to export the CGMES GL profile.

Describe the expected behavior

During CGMES export it is possible to ask for the export of the CGMES GL profile.

Describe the motivation

Be able to get the CGMES GL profile of a CGMES to get the geographical data of substations, elements...

Extra Information

To allow to precise when we want the GL export we can:

• maybe check if we can add a new export profile possibility as it is currently available for the 4 export profiles of the CGMES: EQ, SSH, TP, SV.
• if not we can add post processors in the CGMES export to be able to ask also for the export of the GL profile.
