Problems with OTR between mcabber and profanity

Bloger reported in the MUC that OTR between profanity<->mcabber doesn't work.
I did a quick test with him and got:

! OTR: Received an encrypted message but no private connection

while he got

*** OTR: Received unencrypted message: test1
*** OTR: channel reestablished

I was using profanity baddf2a.
Bloger was using mcabber 1.1.2. And tested succesfully with mcabber<->mcabber and mcabber<->psi and profanity<->profanity and profanity<->psi.

News from Bloger: Now OTR is started working unexpectedly between profanity and mcabber. I have no idea why.
