Very low fps in Sims 2. About 12-13, game from 2004. for comparison, Sims 3 from 2009 runs 60 fps on my smartphone running Winlator. whats the problem?

Tried Box64 from 0.2.7 to 0.3.2 with all dynarec combinations.
