Allow repository content to be downloaded (and uploaded) through ui #168

It would be really cool if we can download the repository content shown from the ui. Just like you can download from the pulp/content webview.

Even cooler would be if we can upload directly to a repository from the pulp ui.

Wow, interesting AI comment. It fabricated some API endpoints so its code won't work, but maybe it could solve smaller issues.

AI aside, yes we plan to add repository upload to the UI. Download is a bit more interesting since there are no direct downloads in Pulp, you have to go through the content app. So on a repository view, that we know is distributed, we could add a content tab with upload/download buttons. On a content view it would be harder and we probably wouldn't want to since we want users to think of their content through repositories.
