Task: refactor buttons adding macros.

Requirements:

Specify the size (default is medium).
Specify the type: default or secondary.
Specify the tag: link or button .
Ability to pass arbitrary attributes. For example, in some cases, we may need to specify href, and in others, type=submit, for example.
