Steps to reproduce:

Open the page https://td.shelterpaws.org/
Click on the DONATE button in the block of information about the number of animals in the shelter

Expected Result: It should navigate to the footer (contact us)
Actual Result: It does not navigate to the footer (contact us)

Environment: macOS Sonoma version 14.4.1, screen resolution 13.3-inch (2560 × 1600)"
