Quarto won't render authors and affiliations in word document

Hello,

I have recently starting using quarto manuscript for my article. Overall the platform is amazing, however, I have been unable to render the authors and affiliations in yaml into my word document. I have tried specifying the output style, title-bloc = true, and used the quarto word template that has a placeholder for authors (https://quarto.org/docs/output-formats/ms-word-templates.html), but to no avail. My search on the internet and ChatGPT fails me. I have hence come to seek your help.

Here is an example, if someone could help me knit this into word with the authors please, my output only shows the title and text so xyz xyz, no as or bs.

Pandoc Word template is limited.
You need to customise yourself the template and use LUA filter.
