Hi, you gives the link to the Security Documentation, but there occurs 403 error.

What did you expect to happen?

Access to mentioned site, or remove this link, if not for public.

How to reproduce?

1. Go to https://github.com/quasarframework/quasar/security
2. Scroll down to see Security Documentation with link https://quasar.dev/security/
3. Open/click this link - see error 403 Forbidden
