EDD Examples

I converted a number of Qucs EDD examples to work in Qucs-S/ngspice. One issue I ran into is the difference in assumed Constants between Qucs and ngspice. Qucs accepted Vt(300) while ngspice did not. I was going to use the formulas in the MESFET example to derive Vt but it created other issues so I just used 0.026.
