RFE: Add parameter to Docker plugin to exclude files from wrapped tarball #368

This parameter should support an override but should, by default, remove /etc/fstab.

We have frequently been criticized for leaving this "evidence" of the initial disk image source of our Docker base images.

This parameter should be usable from within koji.
