Considering the current multi-step process to transform and compile bitcode to a native binary, we could simplify things for end-users a bit:
Adding a CLI operation a la: qcs-sdk-qir compile input.bc -o program, which would transform the IR, compile the shared libraries, and compile the IR.
qcs-sdk-qir compile input.bc -o program
where program is the final executable, even statically linked with:
