Can the UI display some kind of key for the color map? Or add the statistics to the cell?

What kind of statistics would you want to see?

Whatever the algorithm is using to determine the color? I assume its some kind of ratio of how many times a person has paired with another person divided by the total days in rotation -or something to that affect (but I'm just kinda guessing). So, maybe the number of times you've paired with another developer, and the total number of days in rotation?

I think I understand - you'd like a way to peek at the numbers that determine the color. :-) Very reasonable ask!
