Licensing issue in generated file

Hi again,

I think I've found a minor glitch. In the generated file XXXContentProvider there is a copyright statement:

• Copyright (c) 2012, Robotoworks Limited
• All rights reserved. This program and the accompanying materials
• are made available under the terms of the Eclipse Public License v1.0
• which accompanies this distribution, and is available at
• http://www.eclipse.org/legal/epl-v10.html

  Could you please fix the generated code to not contain this copyright notice (mechanoid has the Apache License)?

Cheers yes the plugin code is under eclipse but the generated code and mechanoid android library should be Apache
