Adapt the visual appearance to the previous Browser version:

Resources should move below General Information when the browser window is too narrow.
The values in General Information should line wrap when the window is too narrow.
Don't show the table grid.
Make type fields (e.g., Validatio Status, Filnename) bold.
Merge Validity Period Start and Validity Period End into Validity Period.

Additional improvements:

We should group the different fields and add some kind of subsections (e.g., Validation, Type of Certificate etc.).
