Maplibre Wind Particle Guidance

Thank you putting this package together. I'm trying to add wind particles to MapLibre. It looks like json data is not supported and it expects a tile source or image source. I'm a bit confused on how to generate this data from gridded GFS data. I think I need to use your raster-process package but I'm struggling to get it to work. I was wondering if you could provide an end-to-end example of converting a GFS grib2 file to a supported format and adding it to a MapLibre map. Appreciate any guidance you can provide!

@jacob-radford Can you please provide the relevant environment? It is recommended to use node 18.16.1 under Linux. I have not tested the window environment on my end, but someone else is working normally on node 18.16.1 under window
