I wanna do:

Throw out Bathroom Cabinets (will need to be unscrewed)
Find a storage solution (shelves) for that little nook + use that for paper towel etc
Move the grey cabinet into the bathroom
Add a snake plant or something in the bathroom

what's the budget cost here? (outside of the snake plant)
