Describe the bug
Once a translation reference is unset, the option to open that translation should be disabled.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a document and its translation.
  2. Click on 'Manage Translations' and clear the translation.
  3. Click on 'Manage Translations' option.
  4. We see 'Open translation' option for the translation already unset. Upon clicking that nothing happens.

Expected behavior
We should see the option to create translation.
