The c bindings from the Statistics2 gem don't compile #8

When trying to use this gem in a rails project, it requires the following Gemfile entries:

gem 'savanna-outliers'
gem 'descriptive_statistics', require: 'descriptive_statistics/safe'    # >> savanna-outliers dependency
gem 'statistics2'                 # >> savanna-outliers dependency

Trying to compile that Statistics2 gem doesn't work on a modern OSX system due to it's deprecated c syntax.
