(Related to #134)

Add toggle in settings coloring notes as autoplay if they are not part of a selected channel — regardless of whether or not their set is an autoplayed set.

This cannot be a full-on choice with no toggle, because in some cases it's easier to see the full sets you have control on.

Style piano roll muted notes as hollow and stroked

The stroke color is gray whether the note is autoplayed or not. This is 
to avoid confusion in regards to notes part of non-autoplay sets, but 
which belong to non-performed channels ; see #145.
