The final flux integrated count, I was obtaining for a number of targets was often too high, which makes me wonder if in s20_extract.py:

fullframe = d[ii * 5 + 1].data #Line 131

should be

fullframe = d[ii * 5 + 1].data - d[ii*5 + 6].data
